Offering a new scale of style and sophistication, the Luxe Sunday Brunch is a combination of buffet and a la carte service as guests indulge in its lavish offerings. From freshly baked breads; a choice of carvery items such as prime rib, lechon, turkey; assorted charcuterie;  a wide selection of local and international dishes ; live stations of the finest oysters and seafood; traditional and novel sushi creations; pizzas straight from a wood burning oven; pasta cooked a la minute; to pass around chef’s specials, the mid-day meal is truly a celebratory feast.

The Sunday brunch can be enjoyed with an endless pouring of Veuve Clicquot Champagne. An elegant “champagne lady” ensures that all Champagne flutes are never empty. Available from 12 noon to 3 p.m., the Sunday Brunch is offered at Php2,777 net person while the Sunday Champagne Brunch is at Php3,888 net per person.
